Weekly Backups

And having signed for our Managed Services solution, you can enjoy weekly backups of your whole VPS, not just of your content, without you needing to set up and configure anything. What’s more all the backup copies are stored on a server with multiple RAID–configured disk drives. Thus your data will always be safe and sound, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you’d like your server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you have to install & set up specific software apps on it. And if this seems like something too problematic for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, an essential part of our Managed Services offer, is the ideal solution for your needs. With it, you will have the complete and undivided attention of one of our trained sysadmins who will install and configure any software app or rectify any issue that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services solution is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. With our KVM VPS Plans, it’s an extra feature.
